The Los Angeles Lakers didn’t make any moves at the exchange cutoff time part due to the deplorable demise of Lakers symbol Kobe Bryant.
The death of Bryant is going to set aside a long effort to get over. Lakers players were extremely passionate last Friday against the Portland Trail Blazers at Staples Center during their tribute to Kobe, and Deveney reports the front office didn’t have “a great deal of craving” for making changes.
The Lakers were connected to Derrick Rose, Marcus Morris and Robert Covington. The Detroit Pistons chose to keep Rose, while Morris got exchanged to the Los Angeles Clippers and Covington given to the Houston Rockets.
In spite of losing to the Rockets at home on Thursday, the Lakers still have the best record in the West. They are 38-12 on the season.
The Lakers could be players on the buyout showcase. They are said to be vigorously keen on marking Darren Collison should he choose he needs to play basketball once more.
